Zoning Ordinance 26.30 (See Article XVI)

Hears appeals for variances on the Zoning Ordinance restrictions.  Also, hears appeals for use variances and special land uses.

Membership:
Term - 3 years.  Five (5) members appointed by the Village Council, one member to be from the Planning Commission*.  May appoint not more than two (2) alternate members for same term as regular members. Officers of the Board shall be elected annually by the members of the Board:  Chairman, Vice-Chairman and Secretary
