Guides and makes recommendations regarding Redevelopment and Revitalization within the DDA District.

Membership:
Nine members (Village President and eight (8) members appointed by the Village Council President subject to the approval of Village Council).  At least five (5) members shall be persons having an interest in property located in the downtown district.  At least one (1) member must be a resident of the District.  Serve for a term of four (4) years.  Appointment to fill a vacancy shall be made by the Village Council President for the unexpired term only.  Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer elected each November for one year terms.
