The Village Manager, with the assistance of the Finance/Treasury Department and key department directors, is responsible for the preparation of the village government's annual budget for submission to the village council. After review, the village council approves the budget. Once approved, the Village Manager is responsible for administering the budget. Budget preparation, adoption, and administration procedures are performed in accordance with Chapter 8 of the village charter. Below in the SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS section are copies of the current and previous budgets of the village.
